Each event booking includes private, full-day use of the entire property from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. All events must conclude by 10:00PM.
You are welcome to bring in your own vendors or have family & friends provide services. If you would like guidance, we are happy to provide a list of our trusted, preferred vendors.
Please note that your reserved event time includes all set-up and clean-up time. This applies to you, your vendors, and guests.
We can comfortably accommodate:
· Up to 150 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner
· Up to 400 guests for an open-house style reception
Every event at Walker Farms is fully customizable to fit your vision and there are no fees for using your own vendors. We offer flexible planning options so you can be as involved – or as hands-off – as you’d like by working with one of our talented event planners.
Last-minute booking discounts are available. If your event is within 60 days, please contact us directly for availability and special pricing.
Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the property.
